Meixian Li is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. She is a member of the firm's Litigation Department.
Ms. Li concentrates her practice in Family Law.
Prior to joining Obermayer, Ms. Li served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She was an associate counsel for the Defense Logistics Agency. Her previous experience also includes a clerkship for Hofstein Weiner & Levit, P.C., as well as a child custody mediator for Temple Custody Mediation Clinical; a research assistant for the Philadelphia Defender Association; law clerk for Freedman & Lorry, P.C. and research assistant for Professor Scott Burris, Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Ms. Li was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was the Associate Editor of the International Comparative of Law Journal. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Scott Burris. Her publications include Meixian Li, Comment China's Compliance with WTO Requirements Will Improve the Efficiency and Effective Implementation of Environmental Laws in China, 18.1 TEMP.INT'L & COMP.L.J. 155 (2004). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Li is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a Certified Mediator. Ms. Li was born in Beijing, China and is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese. |
