Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner David L. Ladov served as the course planner and presented with partner Stephanie Winegrad at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s,“Slicing Up the Pie: Property Distribution in Pennsylvania.” Ladov and Winegrad discussed equitable distribution in Pennsylvania. The seminar was held in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and was simulcast to more than 20 cities across the state.

As chair of the firm’s family law department, Ladov handles both routine and complex cases, representing clients in a wide range of matters involving the most personal and sensitive legal issues that affect every aspect of families in transition. He is a past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Chapter, and a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. Ladov is immediate past chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee, and the editor of Slicing Up the Pie, a PBI Press Publication on property division in Pennsylvania, and editor of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer.

Winegrad focuses her practice on family law, handling matters including, divorce, custody and support. She is a frequent lecturer on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. Winegrad serves as vice chair of the Montgomery Bar Family Law Section and is member of the council of the Pennsylvania Bar Family Law Section. She is also a Fellow at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
