Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partners David L. Ladov and Stephanie Winegrad presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Family Law Institute in Philadelphia. Ladov presented, “Addressing Complex Economic Issues in Divorce,” during the plenary session and Winegrad participated in three presentations, “PA’s Custody Statute,” “Litigating the Relocation Case,” and “Unique Custody Issues.”
Ladov handles both routine and complex cases, representing clients in a wide range of matters involving the most personal and sensitive legal issues that affect every aspect of families in transition. He is a past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Chapter, and a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. Ladov is vice chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules.
Winegrad focuses her practice on family law, handling matters including, divorce, custody and support. She is a frequent lecturer on family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, and serves as secretary of the Montgomery Bar Family Law Section.
